Cooling Tower is a key factor in refineries and other energy or process industries. Shutting down a cooling tower for cleaning of silt is extremely costly and undesirable. LMR’s online robotic system can be used under normal operating conditions. The system is designed for online sludge / silt removal while the cooling tower is operational, giving huge benefits to the client. The sludge / silt removed can be treated by using a mobile equipment, for separation of solids and liquids. The clean liquid is returned to the cooling tower and dried residue is shifted to a designated location.
